FAQs And Sizing

About Our Products: 

Our t-shirts are 185gsm and are a cotton/polyester blend. They come in a range of sizes (and no extra cost for plus size!). 

 S 34/36", M 38/40", L 42/44", XL 46/48", 2XL 50/52"

Our tote bags are 160gsm and are 100% organic ringspun combed cotton.

When will I Receive My Order?
Due to all items being handmade, we aim to dispatch your items within 5-7 working days, with a 48 hour tracked delivery. All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched to Royal Mail. 

How Much Is Shipping?

Postage and packaging for UK orders is a flat rate of £3.50 for tracked delivery, or free for orders over £55.00. International postage costs are dependent on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Can My Order Be Returned For A Refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, unless your item is faulty or in a poor condition upon delivery which is unlikely. Returns need to be queried within 14 days of purchase and should we be able to accept your return, the item needs to be unused, in its original packaging. However, please note due to all items being handmade there may be some discrete differences in  each piece you order. All items will only be sent out if we deem the stock to be perfect for you. Due to being a small business, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your item back to us. We cannot cover this.  

We do not accept returns on sale items or mystery boxes.

How Do I Care For My Apparel And Accessories?

For the best (and longest!) use out of your items please follow these steps:

  • Wash inside out at 40 degrees celsius (at maximum).
  • Do not use detergent, capsules or bleach.
  • Do not leave in wet/damp conditions after washing.
  • Can be tumble dried on a low setting (although we recommend air drying for even longer life.)
  • Iron inside out on a low setting.

This will also be on a care card we place in your order too, should you need a reminder. All items are handmade. We can't be held responsible for a care-related issue with your item. 

Wax Melt Safety

  • Remove all packaging and place a small piece of wax into your wax burner.
  • Use with a 2-4 hour unscented tealight.
  • Keep out the way of children and pets.
  • Keep out the way of draughts and do not move once lit.
  • Never leave your burner in a room unattended.
